What is the Krispy Kreme Review Crew?
The Review Crew provides a forum for panelists to share their experiences with us through engaging and interactive online surveys. Membership in the Review Crew is exclusive, completely voluntary, and free of charge.

Taking Surveys

How frequently will I be invited to share my opinion?
We typically issue at least 1 survey each month, but this doesn’t necessarily mean every panelist will be invited to participate in a survey each time. This is because, from time to time, only a set number of invitations are issued for certain surveys.

How will I know if there is a survey for me to complete?
We will send you an email invitation with a link to the survey. You are under no obligation to participate in any survey, however, if after several invitations you do not participate in any surveys, we may consider you an inactive panelist. Inactive panelists may be removed from the panel if they don’t participate in any surveys over a period of time.

How many times can I complete a survey?
Our surveys are by invitation only. For professional research reasons you can take any given survey only once.

How much time does it take to complete a survey?
We know that your time is valuable, so we ensure that our surveys are as short as possible. They usually take no more than 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

What happens to the responses I give in a survey?
When you register as a qualified panelist and when you complete surveys, your information, as well as that of other survey respondents, is collected and reported in aggregated form. Your email address, name, and any other personally identifiable information will never be provided to others without your prior written consent.

How do I know you actually received my questionnaire answers?
At the end of each survey is a "Finish" or "Submit" button. Once you have clicked that button, your data is stored on our secure server. You will then see a Thank You page. This indicates that we have received your input.


What if I can’t remember my password?
To retrieve your password, go to, enter the email address you used to register into the Email Address box, and click the "Forgot Password" link. An email message containing your password will be sent to your registered email address.

What if I can’t login with my email address?
After completing the questionnaire, you should have received an e-mail asking you to confirm your e-mail address. The system will not recognize your address until it has been confirmed by clicking on the link in that e-mail.

Check your Inbox and Junk Mail folder for the confirmation e-mail; depending on your e-mail provider, it may have been directed to your Junk Mail folder.

What do I do if I didn’t receive the confirmation e-mail?
Depending on your email provider and your personal email settings, some emails sent from an automated system may be diverted directly into your Junk Mail folder. Please check your Junk Mail folder for this email. To avoid this situation, you can add our address to your safe sender list or address book.

If you have checked your Junk Mail folder and have not been able to find a copy of your
Confirmation email, please contact Tech Support.

How do I add this panel to my safe list?
Here are the steps to ensure that your survey invitations are not sent to your Junk Mail folder:

1. Open your Mailbox.
2. Click on the "Mail" tab.
3. Click on "Options" (It is located on the top right of the page, on the same level as the four tabs labeled Today, Mail, Calendar and Contacts).
4. Click on "Junk E-mail Protection".
5. Click on "Safe List".
6. Type and click "Add".

If you use Hotmail, Yahoo or another e-mail retrieval program or web-based e-mail provider your e-mail provider or program ‘help’ menu will be able to give you specific instructions on adding an e-mail address to your safe list or address book.

Do I need special hardware or software?
No. Almost any computer with Internet access is sufficient to complete our surveys.

Are there any fees or costs?
No. Your panel membership is absolutely free. In fact, we are sure that you will find taking our surveys an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

What if I have more than one email address?
Many people have several email accounts. If you have more than one email address, please register with the email address you would like us to use when contacting you. In addition, please make sure you add to your address book. This will ensure you always receive our email notifications.

How do I cancel my membership (opt-out)?
As a Krispy Kreme Review Crew member, you will receive email invitations to complete online surveys. To deactivate your membership, you can simply click on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of the email invitation. Alternatively, you can send an email to to request removal and you will no longer receive survey invitations.

What if my registration information changes?
Since your registration information is critical to our sending you the most appropriate surveys, we have developed a place for you to update your information at any time. Simply log in with your username and password and click on the update link. Here you can make changes to your email address and password. This will ensure that we will send our studies to the correct email address.
